How uBus ascended the rails

Creating a new, alternative transport system is commensurate with creation of a whole new industry. If you pay attention to the regulatory documents of existing transport systems, you can see that all the structural, technological and operational details of industry's interaction are spelled out there. And when we observe history of these industries’ development, we, in fact, observe history of technology development of given time. And now it is especially pleasant for us to demonstrate new technologies of the new transport complex.


As one performs R&D of the second level transport system, one inevitably encounters issues of creating new structures, processes, and, most importantly, new opportunities. One of these processes is installation of the vehicle on track structure. Due to the fact that every component of the structure involved in suspending is our company’s invention, suspending transport on the track structure also required a unique approach. First of all, it is necessary to ensure feasibility of transporting vehicles to anywhere in the world, which means it has to comply with all the rules for safe and secure transportation of goods. Our design team has developed a special frame that performs several functions all in a one.

First of all, it is a frame that enables rigid fix of the module to ensure its safe transportation by sea or air. The next purpose of this unit is to safely load and unload a module. The unit is equipped with everything necessary for easy unloading from shipment container and its installation on any other transport line. The last purpose of frame is to connect the traction and passenger modules.

With two people working, within half an hour, the passenger and traction modules become one.

Next step is installation of the vehicle on track structure. For this purpose, a beam was developed, which allows not only to transport traction module, but also to fix it rigidly when connecting with track structure. Thereby making the suspending procedure safe and convenient for installation.

To complete uBus installation process, simply roll the vehicle into the station.

As you can see, string-rail transport overpass is a complex system of unique solutions that requires deep study and a highly qualified management. And at the same time, this is a practical, affordable process of creating a new transport system, proving once again that nothing is impossible.
