It is been just over a year since since TUV SW Standardization Certifications gave the certification to uSky Transport & Infrastructure Technology at the uSky Test & Certification Centre, thereby confirming that all of its elements comply with the strictest safety standards. That time we had a 400 m long Test Track 1 as an object of certification. Test Track 1 is designed for light freight and passenger rolling stock (weighing up to 5 tons) operation at speeds up to 60 kmph.
The uSky certified transport and infrastructure complex structure contains the following:
track structure (prestressed string-rail transport overpass),
uPod (steel wheel electric vehicle with automated control system),
anchor supports (combined with stations),
service station (including control room and workshop).
Based on the Certificate of Conformity, we obtained permission from local authorities to start trial operation.
This time around we will be certifying Test Track 4 with a length of 2.4 km, designed for operation of heavy freight and passenger rolling stock (weight up to 60 tons, that would include shipping containers) at speed of up to 150 kmph.
Inspection agreement with TUV SW Standardization Certifications was signed by Dr. Anatoli Unitsky, uSky Transport Founder and General Designer.
The certification work will be carried out in two stages: at Stage 1, the certifying authority will inspect the Intermediate Supports already completed, and Stage 2 shall include third-party inspection and certificate issuance for the entire Test Track No. 4, including:
Anchor Station 4.1 – Cargo & Passenger Station,
Anchor Station 4.2 – Cargo & Passenger Terminal,
Semi-rigid track structure.
These certification results will facilitate the further successful advance of our company and the implementation of cargo and passenger commercial projects around the world, for which uSky Transport has all the resources and highly qualified professionals required.
