As part of the certification of Test Track 1, TÜV SW Standardization Certifications performed a package of works to certify uSky Transport Solutions for compliance of all components of uSky Transport & Infrastructure with safety requirements: not only the rolling stock – electric vehicle uPod, but also all structural members like track structure, and uSky stations and supports. That said, the two anchor supports at the same time incorporate a service station and a passenger station.
Scope of inspection of Anchor Supports, Intermediate Supports, Service Station & Passenger Station comprised stage wise inspection, spot/final inspection and review of documentation. The inspection results were based on the data obtained during the thorough examination, including but not limited to:
Visual and dimensional verification of Anchor Stations & Intermediate supports,
Torque tightening witness at Anchor Stations & Intermediate supports,
Deflection.
Based on the certifying body’s conclusion, the equipment was found to be safe for use.

Based on the issued Certificate of Conformity, uSky first test track of 400 m length got the green light from the Sharjah authorities for non-commercial use for demonstration and test operation.
