United Vehicle Robotics (UVR), a member of Unitsky Group, has demonstrated their fully autonomous helicopter-shaped cargo drones in the skies of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. uSky Transport was the first to evaluate the potential benefits of this unmanned aerial vehicle application during the construction and subsequent operation of uSky tracks in hard-to-reach plots.
UVR heavy-lift helicopter drones are capable of handling larger payloads and stay in the air for long flying times unlike other drones that can carry light payloads with reduced flight times only. An impressive payload capacity varying from 200 up to 2,000+ kg is deemed to be extra high among civil unmanned aircraft systems. The UAVs are resistant to harsh environments and travel with no dependence on roads and runways.
The application scope of UVR drones with the framework of uSky Transport operations may cover:
delivery of construction materials during the erection of uSky tracks in hard-to-reach plots (mountains, forests, wetlands, water barriers, etc.);
optical surveillance and monitoring of the technical condition of uSky track structure;
emergency flights to identify and eliminate flaws and failures in uSky track structure members;
security of uSky Transport Infrastructure & Technology.
uSky Transport is confident that the use of these drones can considerably enhance the efficiency of implementing uSky complexes, as well as optimize the cost of construction works especially during the erection of track structures.
Using the most advanced technologies, including the latest UVR drones, uSky Transport emphasizes its determination and readiness to offer its high-quality, safe, and environmentally friendly transport complexes in the most inaccessible areas and under various adverse climatic conditions, guaranteeing partners not only quality but also reliable business relationships.
