uSky Transport embraces ambitious plans of the UAE Government

UAE National Day is celebrated on 2 December each year in the United Arab Emirates to commemorate the formal foundation of nation and beginning of federal unionization of the Emirates in 1971.

According to tradition, the Emirates Government announces strategies for the country’s future advance in the lead-up to this holiday.


As we approach the 51st anniversary celebrations of the independent UAE state, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced the launch of country’s new tourism strategy to enable Dubai to attract 40 million tourists a year by 2031 already.


According to this plan, 25 initiatives and policies will be implemented to advance tourism, while international companies and investments will be invited as well.


His Highness Sheikh Mohammed highlighted the significance of tourism for UAE economy:


"Tourism is an important part of diversifying our national economy

and an important tributary to consolidating our global competitiveness".

Furthermore, Sky Transport took part in the UAE 51st anniversary celebrations at the University of Sharjah.


As the event was taking its course, uSky Transport representatives gave the company presentation for Mr. Bakhita Alkhatri – Director of Student Dormitories and Prof. Eid Mohamed Kanaan – Dean of Sharjah University for students affairs, and, of course, presentation was for the celebrants around.


In a friendly atmosphere towards the end of event, representatives of uSky Transport received certificates of appreciation.
