Delegation from Nepal visited uSky Transport

Under the sunny skies of Sharjah, where innovations become part of the urban landscape, the uSky Test & Certification Centre once opened its doors to a delegation from Nepal. The guests arrived to witness the transport of the future firsthand and assess its potential for their national infrastructure. From the very first moments of the visit, the delegation found themselves immersed in an atmosphere of technological breakthrough, where every element reflects the idea of eco-friendly and intelligent mobility.
The guests were shown the capabilities of the transport complexes by uSky Transport & Infrastructure Technology, including next-generation passenger and cargo uPods. The visitors had the opportunity to explore the stations, step inside the cabins of innovative vehicles like the uCar, uBus Carat, and uFlash, and see how the technology easily adapts to diverse climatic and terrain conditions. For a country with mountainous landscapes and a complex road network, such solutions offer the prospect of safe, cost-effective and eco-friendly transportation.
The delegation was particularly impressed by the uBus Carat — a modern, spacious, driverless rail electric vehicle on steel wheels, designed to transport both urban passengers and tourists. Its high speed, smoothness, absence of noise pollution, and minimal carbon footprint make it ideal for metropolises and resort areas. According to the guests, such solutions can alleviate road congestion and set a new standard for comfort in passenger transport.
During the meeting, representatives of uSky Transport & Infrastructure Solutions shared their experience in integrating technology into existing infrastructure, enabling the design of routes of any length. The Nepalese delegation showed particular interest in the possibilities of localizing projects and applying smart technologies to develop tourist regions and reduce the burden on road networks.
The visit concluded with a joint discussion on further cooperation. Both parties expressed readiness to explore pilot projects as a step toward creating a sustainable transport system in Nepal.
