Businesspeople from the Czech Republic have shown an active interest in uSky Transport & Infrastructure Technology, an innovative and unparalleled technology that demonstrates high prospects for the development of an energy-efficient and truly green form of travel.
The visitors started their tour at uSky Transport office, an eco-friendly and sustainable green uHouse, an oasis in the heart of the desert. From here, the visitors contemplated the scene of uSky Test & Certification Centre laid before them with the certified Track 1 and Track 4 incorporating Cargo & Passenger Station and Cargo & Passenger Terminal already complete in terms of civil works.
Visitors were also shown the linear city model with five various types of uSky tracks and delivered a presentation of uSky Transport & Infrastructure Technology demonstrating the high potential of off-the-ground transportation.
Apart from offering emissions-free and zero-carbon travel, uSky Transport has a range of typical tested and certified structural and technological members of transport system, which enables performing various tasks in the field of urban and intercity passenger and freight transportation. Depending on customer mandate, natural and climatic conditions and meteorological variables, uSky transport and infrastructure complexes may have different configurations.
The main commercial advantage confirmed at the current stage of uSky transport development is a rather low cost compared to competing systems.
Along with the competitive price, the following advantages of uSky complexes stand out most clearly:
several times lower construction cost and further operation costs,
extreme environmental friendliness,
passenger safety,
high adaptability,
comfort,
energy efficiency,
high speed of up to 150 km/h,
lower material consumption,
minimum land acquisition,
integrability into any existing urban infrastructure without disturbing the surrounding architecture.
All the above advantages meet global moves towards fighting against climate change and combatting global warming, the transition to alternative energy sources, the digitalization of the economy, and also meet the customers and users’ needs in line with modern trends in the development of the transport and infrastructure projects.
Armed with comprehensive and sound information about the capabilities of the suspended transport system, the guests exercised a test ride in an autonomous electric pod – certified tropical uCar.
After the ride, the guests took a memorable photo with the tropical uCar in the background and headed to the demonstration pavilion.
At demonstration pavilion, the guests were presented with the flagship of the company – a high-speed uFlash with an integrated multimedia system and a capacity of 6 paх capable of travelling on uSky overpasses at the speed of up to 500 km/h and featuring extraordinary aerodynamic characteristics, for instance, exceeding those of Bugatti Veyron supercar by 7 times.
It is thanks to such unique aerodynamic characteristics that the high energy efficiency of uFlash is ensured, since at high speeds more than 90% of a vehicle's drive power is spent on overcoming aerodynamic resistance.
Originally, uFlash has been exhibited at InnoTrans in Berlin. And now, as part of the EXPO-2020 exhibition, it is being showcased at uSky Test & Certification Centre in Sharjah, UAE.
Representatives of the Czech Republic business community remained pleased with the tour of uSky Centre and wished further promising development of uSky Transport both in the Middle East and in Europe.
Endeavouring to bring its transport and infrastructure technologies to the world market, uSky Transport is fit and mature to provide its future customers with reliable partnerships ensuring high quality of the services.
