Apart from uCar and uFlash, the visitors were introduced to a wide range of other passenger EVs including uLite, uBike, uWind, uBus, as well as a freight uCont.

uCont can transport cargo up to 100 million tons per year and have several advantages over the conventional cargo transportation industry:

  • applicability in regions with difficult terrain that are hard to pass, water barriers, and massive buildings;

  • feasibility of track laying along the shortest path;

  • high environmental friendliness;

  • energy efficiency;

  • low costs for track structure;

  • full automation of loading and unloading operations, etc.

While watching the video presentation, the attention of the guests was drawn to the prospects for implementing uSky Transport & Infrastructure Solutions due to the range of its advantages:

  • Development of underdeveloped and hard-to-reach territories, creation of a unified network of off-the-ground freight, passenger, and high-speed intercity tracks;

  • Development of related industries for the production of rail string transport overpass and rolling stock (metallurgy, chemical, petrochemical and radio-electronic industries, mechanical engineering, construction, etc.);

  • A qualitative change in the economic structure and growth in GDP of a country and region, the creation of new jobs in almost all sectors of the national economy;

  • Maximum reduction of capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX) in transport infrastructure;

  • Improvement of urban, regional, and global ecology;

  • Integration of countries into international transport corridors, creation of a fundamentally new global logistics of the XXI century – highly efficient, environmentally friendly, and safe.

“uSky has set up their test and certification Centre at SRTIP, in Sharjah UAE. Revolutionary transport of the future: ecofriendly, safe, comfortable. uSky vehicles provide for passenger and cargo transportation in a separate space in the air above the ground surface.”

Mrs. Sandrine Bouic Petit

Honoured to be given a tour of the uSky Transport FZE facilities and seeing first hand what the future of mobility may look like.
