At the heart of the innovative uSky Test & Certification Centre in Sharjah lies the world's first operational next-generation string transport line — Test Track 1. It is here that uSky Transport & Infrastructure Technology was first brought to life, successfully tested, certified, and presented to hundreds of delegations from around the world. Today, Test Track 1 is not just a test route but a vivid example of how the future of transportation is becoming a reality.
Designed as a lightweight track structure, Test Track 1 is built on the principle of a flexible string rail overpass and is intended for the movement of unmanned uPods, with a total track length of 400 meters. Thanks to its structural design and supports spaced up to 100 meters apart, Test Track 1 minimally impacts the landscape, passing above the ground without disrupting ecosystems or creating noise pollution. This approach perfectly aligns with the principles of sustainable development and “green” urbanism.
A pivotal moment in the history of Test Track 1 was the issuance of an official operating permit, granted after multiple inspections, audits, and technical evaluations. Among the key documents are certificates issued by the international company SWTUV Certifications, confirming the safe operation and technological readiness of Test Track 1 and its entire infrastructure, including stations and supports, as well as the innovative track structure.
A particular point of pride is that the track has been tested not only under standard conditions but also in scenarios simulating emergencies. During one such test, a rescue operation was conducted using climbing gear, where a uCar was stopped at height. All actions were performed in compliance with international safety standards, and passengers were evacuated in under 7 minutes. This test further confirmed the system's reliability and readiness for real-world urban deployment.
Test Track 1 regularly showcases certified unmanned vehicles: the passenger tropical uCar and the freight uCont, whose trials demonstrated smooth operation, reliability, and high energy efficiency.
Test Track 1 has become a true flagship for uSky Transport. It has been visited and continues to be visited by delegations from India, Oman, Brazil, CIS countries, and Europe. Among the honored guests of the center were: Sheikha Bodour Al-Qasimi, the Ruler of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, the Indian Minister of Transport, and Brazil's first astronaut Marcos Cesar Pontes, who praised the technology, comparing it to NASA-level engineering solutions. Additionally, the uSky Test & Certification Centre hosted a delegation from the Kingdom in the Sky, underscoring growing international interest.
It is important to note that Test Track 1 is not a demonstration in isolation but a real part of a comprehensive system, including certified passenger stations, supports, and modular architecture that can be scaled and adapted to specific territories.
Test Track 1 was the first step that brought uSky Transport from the conceptual stage into reality. Today, it is an operational, certified facility where technologies gaining global recognition are refined. And if the first track already exists, the next step is large-scale implementation. uSky Transport is ready for this — technically, legally, and organizationally.
Test Track 1 is proof that the transportation of the future has already been built. It can be tested, measured, certified, and put into operation. This is the first step — and far from the last.

في قلب مركز uSky للاختبار والتصديق المبتكر في الشارقة، تقع أول منظومة تشغيلية في العالم للنقل الخيطي من الجيل الجديد – مسار الاختبار الأول (Test Track 1). هنا تم تنفيذ تقنية uSky للنقل والبنية التحتية لأول مرة بنجاح، حيث خضعت للاختبار والتصديق، وتم تقديمها لمئات الوفود من مختلف أنحاء العالم. اليوم، لا يُعد مسار الاختبار الأول مجرد مسار تجريبي، بل مثال حي على كيفية تحوّل مستقبل النقل إلى واقع ملموس.
تم تصميم مسار الاختبار الأول كهيكل خفيف الوزن، قائم على مبدأ الجسر المعلق بواسطة سكة خيطية، ومخصص لتحرك المركبات بدون سائق المعروفة باسم uPods، ويبلغ طوله الإجمالي 400 متر. بفضل التصميم الهيكلي والدعامات المتباعدة حتى 100 متر، يؤثر المسار بشكل طفيف على البيئة، حيث يمر فوق سطح الأرض دون إلحاق الضرر بالمنظومة البيئية أو إصدار ضوضاء. هذا النهج يتماشى تمامًا مع مبادئ التنمية المستدامة والتخطيط الحضري "الأخضر".
من اللحظات المفصلية في تاريخ مسار الاختبار الأول كانت إصدار تصريح التشغيل الرسمي، وذلك بعد اجتياز العديد من الفحوصات والمراجعات والتقييمات الفنية. من بين الوثائق الأساسية شهادات صادرة عن شركة SWTUV Certifications العالمية، والتي تؤكد سلامة التشغيل والاستعداد التكنولوجي للمسار الأول وجميع البنية التحتية التابعة له، بما في ذلك المحطات والدعامات والهيكل الخطي المبتكر.
ومن الأمور التي تفتخر بها الشركة هو اختبار المسار في ظروف غير اعتيادية تحاكي سيناريوهات الطوارئ. ففي أحد الاختبارات، تم تنفيذ عملية إنقاذ باستخدام معدات تسلق، حيث توقفت مركبة uCar على ارتفاع. وقد جرت جميع الإجراءات وفقًا لمعايير السلامة الدولية، وتم إجلاء الركاب خلال أقل من 7 دقائق، مما أثبت موثوقية النظام واستعداده للاستخدام الحضري الفعلي.
يعرض المسار الأول بانتظام المركبات غير المأهولة المعتمدة، مثل uCar الاستوائية للركاب وuCont المخصصة للبضائع. وقد أظهرت التجارب سلاسة التشغيل والموثوقية والكفاءة العالية في استهلاك الطاقة.
وقد أصبح المسار الأول رمزًا حقيقيًا لشركة uSky Transport، حيث استقبل العديد من الوفود من الهند، عُمان، البرازيل، بالإضافة إلى دول رابطة الدول المستقلة وأوروبا. ومن بين الزوار البارزين: الشيخة بدور القاسمي، حاكم إمارة رأس الخيمة، وزير النقل الهندي، وأول رائد فضاء برازيلي ماركوس سيزار بونتيس، الذي أشاد بالتقنية وقارنها بالحلول الهندسية على مستوى وكالة ناسا. كما استقبل المركز وفدًا من المملكة في السماء، ما يعكس الاهتمام الدولي المتزايد.
ومن المهم الإشارة إلى أن مسار الاختبار الأول ليس عرضًا تجريبيًا منفردًا، بل جزء حقيقي من منظومة متكاملة، تشمل محطات ركاب معتمدة، دعامات، وهندسة معمارية معيارية قابلة للتوسع والتكيّف مع الخصائص الإقليمية.
لقد كان مسار الاختبار الأول هو الخطوة الأولى التي نقلت uSky Transport من مرحلة الفكرة إلى أرض الواقع. واليوم، هو منشأة تشغيلية معتمدة، يتم فيها تطوير تقنيات تحظى باهتمام عالمي متزايد. وإن كان المسار الأول قد أُنجز بالفعل، فإن الخطوة التالية هي التنفيذ على نطاق واسع، وشركة uSky Transport مستعدة لذلك – تقنيًا، قانونيًا، وتنظيميًا.
إن مسار الاختبار الأول هو دليل على أن نقل المستقبل قد تم بناؤه بالفعل – يمكن اختباره، وقياسه، واعتماده، ووضعه في الخدمة. إنها الخطوة الأولى – وليست الأخيرة.
