Construction began with the installation of massive anchor units, which serve as a reliable foundation for the entire structure. The next phase involved setting up intermediate supports, which underwent rigorous testing and received approval from the international organization SWTUV Certifications, ensuring the highest reliability and safety under extreme loads.

One of the key technical achievements was the tensioning of specialized rail strands — an operation requiring precise synchronization and control.
